Prof Niek van Dijk is widely regarded as one of the true giants of orthopedics and the most influential authority in ankle arthroscopy and the treatment of ankle and hindfoot disorders. As a founder of modern ankle surgery, his legacy extends far beyond the ankle alone. With more than 40 years of groundbreaking research and clinical innovation, Professor van Dijk has fundamentally shaped our understanding of ankle and hindfoot pathology and transformed the way these conditions are treated worldwide. We are deeply honored that he has agreed to share his knowledge and experience with us—this is a truly unique opportunity to learn from the master himself.
During the Masterclass, Prof van Dijk will share his tips, tricks, and keys to success. In addition to his lectures, he will demonstrate the fine points and nuances of the physical examination and engage participants in interactive case discussions. He will also present his renowned interactive à la carte lecture, “The latest is always the greatest,” in which participants can choose from more than 50 topics the mini lectures they wish him to present.
A highlight of the course is the hands-on cadaver workshop, where participants will be personally assisted and guided by Prof van Dijk, the originator of many of the techniques being taught.
