Registrations are finalized and confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration amount, within 5 working days.

*Kindly note that the workshop will only take place if the required number of participants is completed. All registrations will be refunded in such case. 

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations must be sent to the secretariat Anatomy Techniques and Training Center by e-mail, at [email protected]

Cancellation terms:

• Cancellations of registrations must be sent to the course secretariat, only by e-mail to [email protected]   
• Until April 30, 2024, no cancellation fees apply.
• From April 30 until May 10, 2024, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees.
• No refunds are possible after May 10, 2024
• In the event of congress postponement, all paid registration fees and services will be transferred to the new congress dates.
• The congress secretariat is not responsible for duplicate registrations.

NAME CHANGES

Name changes must be sent by e-mail to the secretariat Anatomy Techniques and Training Center, at: [email protected]  

For name changes submitted:

• Until May 6^th , 2024, no extra charge will apply.
• No name changes are possible after May 7^th , 2024
