Registrations are finalized and confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration amount, within 5 working days.

CANCELATION POLICY

Cancellations of registrations must be sent to the course secretariat, ATT Center only by e-mail to [email protected]

• For cancellations submitted until 22 May 2022, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• For cancellations submitted from 23 May 2022 until 7 June 2022, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
• No refunds will be made after 8 June 2022
• In case the course is postponed, all paid registration fees and booked accommodations will be transferred to the new course dates
• In case the course is converted to an exclusively virtual event, all in-person registrations will be converted to on-line and receive a refund if there is a difference in fees.

NAME CHANGES

Name changes must be sent to the course secretariat ATT CENTER only by e-mail, at [email protected]  

For each name change (either for individual registrations or as part of group registrations), 25 Euro will apply. The full details of the new registered participant are required to be sent. For the new participant, the same terms and conditions will apply as mentioned in the present sponsorship package.

Name changes will be accepted until 8 June 2022.
