Registrations are finalized and confirmed only upon full prepayment of the registration amount, within 5 working days.
Members of the European Laryncological Society are eligible for 10% discount on the registration fee. In such case please contact the course secretariat at [email protected]
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellations of registrations must be sent to the course secretariat ATT Center only by e-mail, to [email protected]
For cancellations submitted until 15 September 2024, 50% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
For cancellations submitted from 16 September until 31 October 2024, 80% of the total participation amount will be withheld as cancellation fees
No refunds will be made after 1 November 2024
In case the course is postponed, all paid registration fees and booked accommodations will be transferred to the new course dates
NAME CHANGES
Name changes must be sent to the course secretariat ATT CENTER only by e-mail, at [email protected]
For each name change (either for individual registrations or as part of group registrations), 25 Euro will apply. The full details of the new registered participant are required to be sent. For the new participant the same terms and conditions will apply.
Name changes will be accepted until 15 November 2024.
